A 19-year resident of the 146th District, Tom Quigley previously served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2005-2012. He was re-elected to office on Nov. 4, 2014. Tom is dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents of the 146th District.
Prior to his election to the House, Tom graduated from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia and Philadelphia University with a bachelor’s degree in management in 1986. He earned a MBA in 1993 before working for The Vanguard Group Inc. for 17 years. His previous public service includes serving on the Borough Council and serving as mayor of Royersford Borough.
While he is in office, Tom looks forward to working toward resolution on key issues including school property tax elimination, policies to boost job creation and pension reform.
In the 2017-18 legislative session, Tom will serve on the House Consumer Affairs, Education, Finance and Human Services committees.
The 146th District includes the townships of Lower Pottsgrove, Limerick and Perkiomen and the boroughs of Pottstown (Wards 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7-2), Royersford and Trappe.
